Position : Backend Engineer , Data Scientist , Natural Language Processing (NLP) Expert
Salary :
- Backend Engineer / Data Scientist : INR 18 LPA or 100% hike on your current CTC whichever is higher, depends completely on candidate’s skill set
- Natural language processing expert : INR 25 LPA or 100% hike on your current CTC whichever is higher, depends completely on candidate’s skill set

Eligibility Criteria :
- Backend Engineer
- B.tech/M.tech in Computer Science from tier-1 engineering college(IIT’s preferred)
- At least 1 Yr Coding experience
- Proficient in at least one programming language and a web server. You should have understanding of how HTTP works. Also concepts of Database Management System is helpful.
- Preferable if have worked on some end to end web development project from scratch.
- Good understanding of Algorithms And Data Structure.
- A self learner who can design and code and impossible is not in his/her dictionary unless ofcourse its provably impossible.
- One who understands the power of consumer web and wants to do impactful work that goes live with millions of users
- Data Scientist
- B.tech/M.tech from a tier-1 engineering college (IIT’s preferred)
- 1 Yr Exp as Data Scientist.
- Machine Learning background (PhDs preferred).
- Fluency in at least one scripting language, familiarity with Databases.
- Familiarity with Hadoop, Mapreduce, or similar (Spark etc).
- A self learner who can design and code and impossible is not in his/her dictionary unless ofcourse its provably impossible.
- One who likes building things from scratch
- One who understands the power of consumer web and wants to do impactful work that goes live with millions of users
- Natural language processing (NLP) expert
- Computer Science PhD (NLP).
- Fluent in Coding.
- Would look on the projects done in past.
Selection Process :
- Shortlisting on basis of details filled during Registration
- Further shortlist on the basis of resumes
- Shortlisted candidates to appear for a take-from-home Online Coding assessment
- Face-to-face round of interview subject to clearance of online test
