Role Overview
The Associate Analyst will play a crucial role in assisting with all phases of the due diligence process for digital platforms and client questionnaires, progressively taking on more responsibility and independence.
• Assist in all phases of the due diligence process for digital platforms and low-level client DDQs
• Help with researching, writing, and editing responses to due diligence questionnaires
• Progressively take on more responsibility and independence
• Gain experience and expertise with the DDQ process and Invesco’s products
Eligibility & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communications, English, or Liberal Arts
• Some exposure to Economics or Finance courses preferred
• Interest in the CFA Investment Foundations certificate is encouraged
• Eligible batches: 2024, 2025, 2026

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely submissions for various clients, including digital due diligence platforms and repeatable low-level client DDQs.
• Follow established processes and procedures (e.g., saving resource files correctly, closing out projects).
• Take ownership for projects, ensuring quality checks for relevance, accuracy, and formatting prior to submission.
• Pursue process improvements through automated features in the content system, Responsive, and online submission platforms.
• Build and maintain strong investment knowledge and a credible understanding of different asset classes and capabilities.
• Gain and maintain in-depth knowledge of Invesco’s structure and operations.
• Share knowledge with other team members.
• Contribute towards the review and development of processes within the Delivery Strategy Operations team.

• Strong writing and editing skills; an excellent communicator
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-oriented atmosphere
• Self-starter, highly motivated, critical thinker, and quick learner; intellectually curious
• Able to work well both independently and as a team member
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Understanding of different asset classes/strategies and how they function is preferred
