Role Overview
This apprenticeship is designed as a structured starting point for graduates entering the business world. It combines practical assignments with training, evaluations and guidance while allowing participants to understand more than one part of Syniverse’s operations.
- Work in different functional areas during the 12-month apprenticeship.
- Support the relevant department with day-to-day business activities and projects.
- Learn about other aspects of Syniverse beyond the assigned department.
- Complete presentations, evaluations and assessments as assigned.
- Attend training and information sessions throughout the programme.
- Use feedback from managers and coaches to improve performance and capabilities.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Full-time graduates from Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Accounting or a related business/STEM field can apply.
- Candidates must have a first-class academic record throughout their academics, including graduation.
- For engineering candidates, every semester or year must have been passed in the first attempt with no backlogs.
- Candidates must have appeared for their final engineering examinations in the year of selection
- Graduates must not have completed their college education more than three years before selection.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the assigned department with ongoing business work and projects.
- Handle assignments across relevant functional areas as part of the apprenticeship rotation.
