Role Overview
As a Junior Engineer – ECM, you will support engineering teams by managing product data, BOM structures, and engineering change orders during new product introduction (NPI). The role involves working with PLM and ERP systems to maintain product lifecycle data and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
You will collaborate with engineering and materials teams to review product updates and manage engineering documentation.
Eligibility & Qualifications
• B.E in ECE / EEE / E&I
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering operations
• Knowledge of NPI and ECO processes (preferred)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Willingness to work in shift schedules

Key Responsibilities
• Create part numbers and manage BOM structures in Agile and BAAN systems
• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO) in PLM systems
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes
• Release part lists to production for new models
• Coordinate with engineering teams on product updates
• Generate reports and dashboards for process tracking
• Perform root cause analysis for service issues
• Support continuous improvement in engineering processes
