Role Overview
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will support the Managed Services team by assisting in monitoring and maintaining enterprise applications used in global logistics operations.
You will work with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues, support business intelligence systems, manage EDI integrations, and assist in infrastructure monitoring.
Eligibility & Qualifications
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals eligible
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in application support and enterprise systems
Preferred:
• Exposure to Linux, SQL, networking fundamentals, or Python
• Basic understanding of Power BI or reporting tools

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and support N4 Terminal Operating System (TOS) applications
• Troubleshoot application incidents under guidance
• Assist in EDI message deployments and partner configurations
• Support BI dashboards and reporting tools
• Perform basic server monitoring and infrastructure checks
• Respond to customer incidents within defined SLAs
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base updates
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system stability
