Eligibility Criteria :
- Batches : 2015 Batch
- Degrees : BA / BSc / BCom / BBA / BBM / BCA (PG Not Eligible ). Only 10+2+3 years of full time education
- Branches : Any Branch
- Percentage : Consistent academic record of a minimum of 60% (aggregate including all subjects per year) in X, XII and UG
- Others :
- No Standing arrears allowed at the time of recruitment process
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Open only to Indian nationals
- CGPA to equivalent Percentage would be calculated as per the respective University norms
Compensation :
Annual Total Compensation : Rs. 168,009, including a target annual incentive of Rs 8000 and Cognizant’s contribution of Rs 13,000 towards benefits such as medical, accident and life insurance. The target annual incentive will vary depending on your performance, and that of Cognizant. You will also have to be on Cognizant rools on the date of the payout.
On successful completion of the probation period, clearing the required traiming assessments and subject to you being part of a delivery project , your annual Total Remuneration (TR) would be revised to Rs 203,000. This includes an annual incentive indication of Rs 8,000 as well as Cognizant’s contribution of Rs. 13,000 towards benefits such as Medical , Accident and Life Insurance.
Selection Process :
- Registered eligible candidates will be informed of the schedule for the aptitude test
- Selected candidates of the aptitude test will be called for a technical interview on the appointed date
