Wipro WILP 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet all the following conditions:
Academic Qualification
- BCA or BSc graduates only
- Eligible BSc streams: Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics
- Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation
- 10th and 12th must be passed
Important Academic Rules
- Core Mathematics is mandatory in graduation
- Business Maths / Applied Maths are not considered
- Graduation must be completed within 3 years
- Maximum 3 years gap allowed between 10th and graduation start
- No gap allowed during graduation
- One backlog allowed at assessment stage (must be cleared before joining)
Other Criteria
- 18 years and above
- Indian citizens / OCI / PIO / Bhutan & Nepal nationals
- Open schooling allowed only for 10th and 12th

Wipro WILP Selection Process
Every eligible candidate must go through the following stages:
1️⃣ Online Assessment (80 minutes)

- Quantitative Ability
- Written Communication Test
2️⃣ Voice Assessment
Communication and comprehension evaluation.
3️⃣ Business Discussion
Final interaction round focusing on attitude, role fit, and basic technical understanding.
