About Tata Motors Early Career Program
The Tata Motors Early Career Program is designed to identify high-potential young engineers and prepare them for leadership and critical technical roles within the organization.
Selected candidates will receive structured career development, exposure to advanced automotive and mobility technologies, and an opportunity to pursue higher education from premier institutes sponsored by Tata Motors.
This program focuses on building professionals who can contribute to Tata Motors’ future in engineering innovation, manufacturing excellence, quality systems, and commercial operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill all of the following:
- B.E / B.Tech graduates from AICTE / UGC approved institutes
- 2024 batch only
- Minimum 60% throughout academics
- Highest qualification completed within stipulated timeframe:

3-year Diploma + 3-year B.Tech OR

12th (2 years) + 4-year B.Tech

- 12 to 24 months of work experience (excluding internship/apprenticeship)
- Must have completed minimum 12 months experience as of application date
- Currently unemployed candidates are not eligible
