Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification : Any graduate B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BCA / B.E /BA
* Post graduates need not apply
Experience : 0-2 Years(Freshers can also apply)
Job Profile:
– Handling inbound calls
– Troubleshooting the Technical issues of the customers
– Support US Customers
Desired Profile:
– Excellent communication skill
– Basic knowledge of computers-Hardware.
– Willingness to work in Night Shifts
