Role Overview
The Associate Solutions Engineer acts as a technical bridge between Razorpay and enterprise customers, ensuring successful implementation and integration of Razorpay products. The role involves working with merchants, supporting technical integrations, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- BE / BTech / MTech in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering branches
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months experience can apply
- Basic understanding of coding and APIs required
Responsibilities
- Support implementation and integration of Razorpay products for enterprise clients
- Act as a technical contact for platform integration between merchants and Razorpay
- Resolve merchant technical queries within defined timelines
- Review and respond to technical integration documentation from clients
- Share customer feedback with product teams for improvements
- Validate customization requests from customers
Required Skills
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, PHP, or JavaScript
- Understanding of APIs and system integration concepts
