Role Overview
As a Software Engineer – AI/ML, you will develop and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions within NatWest’s AI and ML platforms. Engineers work in feature teams responsible for the full lifecycle of solutions—from development to deployment and maintenance.
You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and analysts to deliver modern AI-driven customer solutions.
Eligibility & Qualifications
• B.Tech or M.Tech degree, preferably in AI/ML or related fields
• 0–1 year experience in AIML or related domains
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Understanding of AI/ML, NLP, deep learning, and GenAI concepts
• Knowledge of AWS services for deploying ML models
• Experience with development and bug tracking tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
