About the Voyage Program
Voyage is Marriott’s elite Global Leadership Development Program created to train tomorrow’s leaders. It is an 18-month, full-time, paid program that combines:

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Marriott Voyage Program, candidates must meet the following:
- Graduated from a university or hotel school within the past one year
