IBPS CRP PO/MT-VIII is inviting online application for the post of Probationary Officer (PO) / Management Trainee (MT) through Common Written Examination VIII www.ibps.in across India. This time IBPS PO paper pattern is going to be same as of SBI PO. Tentative Vacancies are the lowest of all time CWE. Competition is going to be harder. The online examination (Preliminary and Main) www.ibps.in for the next Common Recruitment Process for selection of personnel for Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee posts in the Participating Organisations is tentatively scheduled in October / November 2018.

  • Educational Qualification (as on 4 Sep 2018) : A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
  • Age Limit (as on 1 Aug 2018) : Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 30 years
    i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.08.1988 and not later than 01.08.1998 (both dates inclusive). Relaxation for reserved classes.

Selection Process :

The examination will be two tier i.e. the online examination will be held in two phases, Online Preliminary and Online Main. Candidates who will qualify in Online Preliminary examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Online Main examination and shortlisted candidates in the Online Main examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and co-ordinated by the Nodal Bank.

Phase -1 Preliminary Examination :

Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1 hour duration consisting of 3 Sections as follows :

Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing passing marks to be decided by the Bank. Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by the Bank (approximately 20 times the number of vacancies subject to availability) will be short listed for the Main Examination.

Phase -2 Main Examination :

The structure of the Examination which will be conducted online is as follows :

Objective Test  & English Language Descriptive :Phase – 3 Interview : Approximate 3 times the vacancy will be called up for the interview. It contains 100 marks. Minimum qualifying marks is 40.

Final Merit : 80% from Mains Examination + 20% from Interview.

  • Others : Rs 600/-

  1. Commencement of Online Application : 14.08.2018 to 04.09.2018
  2. Date of Preliminary Examination : 13.10.2018, 14.10.2018,
    20.10.2018 and 21.10.2018
  3. Date of Main Examination : 18.11.2018
