  • Year of Passing : 2015/2016/2017 Batch
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma – BE, BTech, BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BCA Any Graduate (Post Graduates not eligible)
  • Willing to relocate anywhere in India
  • Willing to sign a service agreement of 24 Months
  • Probation Period of 18 months
  • Willing to work in 24*7 environment

Job Description :

  1. L1 support experience on Windows/Unix Servers, AD, Network Devices
  2. Good troubleshooting skills
  3. Fundamental knowledge of Networks
  4. Exchange/Lotus Notes, Database, Storage & Backup, Job Scheduling.
  5. Excellent Verbal, Email communication skills.
  6. Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool, VERITAS Netbackupand Backup Exec.
