Roles & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting routers and hubs and resolving technical queries for the international customers via phone
- Provide L1-support for home Networking devices, printers, PC, windows related issues
- Knowledge in installing OS and connected peripheral like Routers, Printers Drivers
- Flexible to work in Night shifts with rotational weekly off’s.
