syntel mostly recruit through employee referral and monster college.
i got 79% in 10th , 47% in 12th , 79% in diploma , 76% in b.e. m i eligible for syntel
when they ask for 12th / Diploma marks , just put Diploma marks then you will be eligible.
given my first round aptitude test on july through off campus…almost 3 months got over..but still i didnt get any result…is that signs that m not selectes for further round??do syntel really send regret message for unselected candidates???
