Eligibility Criteria and Job Description:
- Associate Technical Support (Voice Based )
- Experience: 0 to 3 years (including Fresher’s)
- Any Graduates can apply with basic understanding of Network related troubleshooting.
- B.E/B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ Technical Diploma holder can also apply.
- Excellent communication in English Ability to communicate well and troubleshoots network related queries of the customer (Voice Based).
- Willing to work in 24×7 (Including night shift)
- Pick/Drop would be provided in company provided positive zone
2. Associate Customer Support (Voice Based )
- Experience: 0 to 3 years (including Fresher’s)
- Any Under-Graduate/Graduate with Excellent communication skills can apply.
- B.E/B.Tech/ BCA/ MCA/ Technical Diploma holder can also apply provided they are ok to sign service level agreement for 1 year (Indemnity Bond Amount: INR.50,000/- only)
- Excellent communication in English Willing to work in 24×7 (Including night shift)
- Pick/Drop would be provided in company provided positive zone
