A) Regular Posts:

General Manager (Tech) : Engineering Graduate preferably with 2 years MBA and/or certificate of Energy Auditor/Energy Manager from the BEE. 24 years of post-qualification experience.

AGM (Contracts & Procurement) : Recognized post graduate diploma in Material Management awarded by the Indian Associations of Materials Management of not less than two years duration. OR Recognized Post Graduate Degree/diploma in Business Administration of not less than two years duration with specialization in production/operation management/material s management. 18 years of post-qualification experience.

DGM (HR) : Graduate with 2 years full time MBA with specialization in HR or equivalent from a recognized university/institution. 14 years of post-qualification experience.

Dy.Manager (Finance) : CA/ICWA + 4 years of post-qualification experience in finance.

Dy.Manager (Legal) : LLB/Bachelor of Law (Full time) + 02 years of post-qualification experience.

Asst. Manager (Tech) : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Elect./ E&C/Mech) preferably with 2 years Full time MBA with certificate of Energy Auditor/ Energy Manager from the BEE. 02 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant area.

Asst. Manager (Finance) : CA/ICWA + 02 years of post-qualification experience in Finance.

Asst. Manager (HR) : MBA with specialization in HR/Post Graduate Diploma   in HR from recognized institution /university). 02 years of post-qualification experience in HR.

Officer (HR) : MBA with specialization in HR/Post Graduate Diploma in HR from recognized institution /university). 01 year of post-qualification   experience in HR.

Officer (PR) : Full time Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism/ Public Relations/ Mass/ Communication (AICTE/ Govt. approved). 01 years of post-qualification experience in Public Relations.

Officer (Finance) : CA/ICWA + 01 year of post-qualification experience in Finance.

Engineer (IT) : Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / MCA + 01 year of post-qualification experience in IT.

Engineer (Tech) : AICTE/ Govt. approved Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Mech. / Elect./ Instrumentation/ Electronics & Telecommunication. 01 year of post qualification experience in the relevant area.

Officer (Contracts & Procurement) : Recognized post graduate diploma in Material Management awarded by the Indian Associations of Materials Management of not less than two years duration. OR Recognized post graduate Degree/diploma in Business Administration of not less than two years duration with specialization in production/operation management/material s management. 01 year of post-qualification Executive experience in materials/ stores/ contracts/ procurements.

Assistant : Bachelor’s degree in Commerce preferably CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance). Atleast 4 years of post-qualification experience in finance.

B) Contractual Posts:

AGM (Legal & Regulatory Affairs) : LLB/Bachelor of Law (Full time). 18 years of post-qualification experience.

DGM (IT) : Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / MCA. 14 years of post-qualification experience.

DEO : Matric with 12th pass working knowledge of MS Office or Graduate with working knowledge of MS Office. 01 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field.
