- Spends most of the time developing code.
- Code is well-commented and typically improves after one or more code reviews.
- Produces code that is sufficiently supported by unit tests.
- Still learning to remove unnecessary complication or abstraction.
- Code typically does not have a long lifetime.
- Interfaces with other functional teams on aspects of the feature or sub-system.
- Most interaction is with direct manager. Typically not visible outside of their team
Job Requirements :
- Has a basic understanding of technical concepts required for specialized field.
- Still learning to estimate software schedules, and to deliver on time without quality issues.
- Still learning to work effectively as part of a team
