Chennai Candidates Download Hall Ticket : TCS Recruitment Drive for Engineers 2015

Call Letters is available for Chennai Candidates now. Exam is scheduled to be held on 23 January 2016.

The Hall Ticket for this drive is available on TCS NextStep. To View/Download your Hall ticket, please follow the below steps:

  1. Logon to the NextStep Portal (https://nextstep.tcs.com/campus) with your DT Reference ID and Password.
  2. Click View/Download Hall Ticket to download your Hall Ticket and confirm availability for the drive.

To download your Hall Ticket/Admit Card, click on the link below and enter your login id and password. Your login id will be your Reference ID (CT or DT) and password will be your Date of Birth in ddmmyyyy format without the forward slash. Please note that your Date of Birth should be the same as entered in the TCS Registration/Application form.

Hall Tickets are being released in batches and your hall ticket will be released by this week. ( Click here to know )

Note: No Pending Backlog/Arrears at the time of appearing for the TCS Selection Procedure. You Will be not permitted to appear for the test if you are failed to carry the TCS hall ticket/Admit Card or other mentioned documents.

In case you are having problems downloading the Hall Ticket, please check that you have “popup enabled” in your browser. Also check the “Download” folder of your computer for downloaded files. Please note that the downloaded file may be a “.zip” file and would need to be unzipped to access the pdf file of the Hall Ticket.

In case you have already received an earlier communication from us about downloading your Hall Ticket and you have not been able to either access your Hall Ticket or the downloaded Hall Ticket does not have your photograph, request you to please try downloading the Hall Ticket from the link mentioned above once again. Please note that the Hall Ticket is considered valid only with a clear/ legible photograph. If you are still unable to download your Hall Ticket or view your photograph in the downloaded Hall Ticket, kindly connect with us immediately at [email protected] or 1800-209-3111 (Toll Free).

Request you to take note of the test date and timings and carefully read all instructions mentioned on the Hall Ticket. It is mandatory to carry the below mentioned documents with you on the day of the test:

·  A colour print copy of the duly filled in TCS Application Form having a clear/legible photograph.

·  Two colour print copies of your Hall Ticket.

·  Original College ID Card

·  A copy of your photo identity proof along with the originals for verification (PAN Card / Driving License / Passport / Voter ID / Aadhar Card). In case you do not have any of the mentioned Photo ID proofs, it is mandatory to carry Photo Identity proof issued and attested by a Gazetted Officer on official letter head.

You will not be permitted to appear for the selection process if you fail to carry the TCS Hall Ticket or any of the above mentioned documents.

Note that, in case you fail to fulfill any of the TCS eligibility criteria or have misrepresented any facts in the TCS Registration/Application form, TCS reserves the right to reject your candidature.

TCS Online Aptitude Practice Test to familiarize you with the test pattern and concepts and help you prepare better for the test is available on Campus Commune. To access Campus Commune, log on to https://nextstep.tcs.com/ with your reference ID and password and click on “Campus Commune” tab on the left hand side menu on the profile screen.

      • the admit card download link is from 2014 batch off campus just to showcase how would it look like and what required to download the admit card. We do not indulge in any kind of phishing attacks. Digialm is an authorized site.

          Moreover, your post description also says alot of things regarding the same and even users at your site are also getting troubled with that. Are not they ?
          Still really do you think, your post is right or any other excuse you would like to make ?
          Simply if the Hall Tickets are not generated then why are posting it? Just to drive the traffic ?

          • there are many who doesn’t receive the email for date of test and these emails. By the way we just wanted to let you know that we are not doing anything fishy.

    They are just taking the credentials details of the candidates applied for TCS Off Campus Drive 2015.
    Please do visit official webpage of Next Step TCS and till now no admit card has been dispatched by TCS.

  18. they will provide separate option after login in nextstep till then wait……………….the option will be written as download Admit Card…..

Good evening sir my highest qualification is B tech in ECE branch while filling the form I does not found the option B tech so I selected the option Diploma in ECE branch you told that if you have any mistakes then check at “Edit application form” but when i edited my form there was no option to edit the highest qualification so please tell me what i should do sir and how to change that diploma to btech .Please send to my email ID my Email id is:[email protected].

    • it has been released in batches and candidates are receiving it on their email id. Kindly login to your nextstep tcs profile and check if admit card option is showing in the left menu options

  29. Till now, I have not received Hall Ticket. I am regularly checking TCS NextStep Portal. Tried calling the Toll Free number given below but there was no response. I do have received the E-mail, but not the Admit Card. Please help!

    • Dear TCS Aspirant,

      Thanks for registering for the TCS Off Campus Drive. Due to some changes in exam schedules in the state of Karnataka, we are rescheduling our off-campus test for the students from Karnataka alone.

      We are in the process of finalizing the new test date for all such candidates. Please continue your preparations for the TCS Off Campus test and we will confirm the revised test date to you soon. Regret any inconvenience caused due to this reschedule.

  34. Sir I have registered for TCS OFF CAMPUS Drive and my application is successfully received but i have not yet got my hall ticket for the TCS written test it is tomorrow 2nd december what should i do sir please tell me sir.

    • You should have received the download hall ticket email . Please contact tcs support. Keep on checking your nextsteptcs account left menu options. They have provided their phone no. Note : off campus drive for chennai and bangalore has been rescheduled

  36. Due to heavy rains the tcs offcampus test on 2nd dec is postponed for all centers in TN and pondicherry. revised date will be shortly shared. This is what i received yesterday. after a while i received document update mail asking me to carry mandatory documents. plz any1 confirm me whether the test gt postponed or not.. or tis msg is only for chennai and bangalore region??? I’m belongs to madurai region (TN)
