Eligibility Criteria :
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
- 0-1 years experience in Development, testing, and/or Support.
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues.
- Knowledge of the UNIX/Linux operating system.
- Familiarity with programming languages Java or C++
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Willing to work in 24×7 on-call support (on rotation basis)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Understanding of support – tickets, monitoring, processes and metrics
• Ability to do scripting (any one of Shell, Perl, Python etc.)
