Job Description :
# 1. Test Engineer ( Data Tester )
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Willing to work in different time zones; US general shift (5.30 PM – 2.30 AM IST) will be a mandate
· Strong in SQL & ETL Testing Activities
· Writing SQL Queries
SKILL / COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
· Good knowledge of SQL, RDBMS and ETL concepts
· Knowledge on MS-Excel
· Nice to have – good programming skills, knowledge of ERP databases
· Must be a Good team player

2. Engineer ( Data Loader)
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) using ADP ETL Tools. ETL activities
· Review business and technical requirements and ensure the data integration meets all requirements.
· Willing to work in different time zones; US general shift (5.30 PM – 2.30 AM IST) will be a mandate
SKILL / COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
· Good knowledge of SQL, RDBMS and ETL concepts
· Knowledge on MS-Excel

3. Functional Test Engineer
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Participate in planning, monitoring, and control of the manual, performance and automation testing of Data Migration activities for Payforce to Vantage HCM migration
· Client facing role, to connect with clients directly, manage conversations, data collation and perform necessary activities with client for the functional testing of projects
· Willing to work in different time zones; US general shift (5.30 PM – 2.30 AM IST) will be a mandate
SKILL / COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Automation:
– Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently to resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
· Strong understanding of QA methodologies and concepts.
· Good in SQL and configuration management tools
· Having automation knowledge on creating & executing scripts on different technologies like .Net, Oracle, Siebel…etc. applications is an added advantage.
· Should be good in process improvements for domain specific test methodologies
· Excellent written and verbal communications
Manual:
