Eligibility Criteria:
- B .Com/B.A./B.Sc/ BBA / BBM / BBS / BCA / BCM /MBA / PGDM / MMS
- Graduation / Post Graduation in 2020
Responsibilities:
- Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan.
- Activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan.
- Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan.
- Generate Revenue and Acquire New Customers.
- Ensure 2 Joint Calls are made on a daily basis.
- Review with Reporting Manager on a Weekly Basis.
- Conduct Meetings with reporting Agents on an ongoing basis.
Program Structure:
Young Debutants Program & Young Freshers Program at FGILI are well-structured programs to induct fresh talent into the organisation. The program help in understanding the DNA of the company and groom the fresh talent in organization culture, ethos, and expectations so that they can carry the legacy forward.
The Program is spread across 7 months duration.
The construct of the program is as below:
I. Prior to Joining (1 Month)
– One Month Online Training on Insurance Basics
– Post successful completion, Certificate & Joining Letter will be provided
II. On Joining (2 Months)
– Join as Sales Trainee (YDP) or Sales Executive (YFP)
– 2 Months On the Job Training (OJT) with no targets
III. Initiation of Probationary Goal sheet (4 Months)
– 4 months probationary goal sheet period
IV. Proposed Role after completion of OJT
– Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager- Direct Channel
