Eligibility & Technical Requirements
Candidates are a good fit if they have:
0-2 years of experience
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Experience in backend engineering, preferably using FastAPI or similar frameworks
- Understanding of ML / GenAI application workflows
- Experience optimizing complex queries from Snowflake or similar data platforms
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Familiarity with ReactJS and frontend-backend integration concepts
- Strong grasp of SDLC and software development methodologies
- Experience with software design patterns
- Understanding of distributed systems and system architecture
- Knowledge of database concepts and technologies
- Experience with unit testing, automation, and performance optimization

Job Description:
- Define, document, and maintain automated test approach utilizing best practice testing standards
- Implement the planning, design and execution for the testing of complex web-based applications
- Implement, monitor and improve company-wide best software development practices including but not limited to test methodologies, change control, version control, requirements analysis
- Conduct group tests, test scripts, report and track any deviations
- Collaborate with the Project Management group to ensure appropriate QA information is updated and distributed to necessary stakeholders
- Employee is expected to learn business processes
- Handle internal communication with Developer, Testers and Managers globally
