Job Description :
Purpose :
Selling SBI General’s Products through its various channels such as Bancassurance / Agency / Broking/ Corporate/Dealers etc and attaining maximum penetration while adhering to SBI General’s processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensuring achievement of allocated budget and through allocated banks / agents/ dealers/ brokers etc
- Ensure process adherence as per SBI General guidelines and flawless documentation
- KYC norm implementation where applicable
- Handling customer query and complaint in the channel, managing service related issues, policy delivery, stationeries, claims etc.
- Coordinating with Underwriting and Claims, thereby ensuring prompt services to customers whenever required
- Ensuring constant updating of specified persons/agent/dealers’’s knowledge on new products and underwriting policies
- Ensure effective launch of all promotional campaigns in the channel
- Ensure profitability of the channel
