SAIL www.sail.co.in is conducting walk-in drive for the Proficient Training of Nurses at Durgapur Steel Plant Hospital. Durgapur Steel Plant Hospital is a 600 bedded multi-speciality hospital. The walk-in will be conducted on 4 October 2015 at Kolkata , 6 October 2015 at Guwahati and 11 October 2015 at Thiruvananthapuram. Salary : Stipend of Rs 8000/- pm plus Knowledge Enhancement Allowances per month :
| Monthly Attendance | Allowance Rate (Total allowance payable = Rate * No. of available working days in a month) |
| 20 days or more | Rs 260/- per working day |
| 15 – 19 days | Rs 130/- per working day |
| Less than 15 days | No extra allowance. Only Stipend to be paid. |

Duration of Training : 18 Months
Eligibility Criteria :
Age Limit (as on 30 Sep 2015 ) : Maximum 30 years for General , 33 years for OBC and 35 years for SC / ST
Educational Qualification :
- B.Sc. (Nursing) / Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery
- Internship Certificate (if applicable)
- Certificate of Registration
- Departments/ disciplines : ICU/NICU/BICU, Medicine, Surgery, Obs & Gyn, Paediatrics, Casualty, Orthopaedics, Chest & other associated areas
