Role Overview
As a Junior Workflow Automation Engineer, you will design and build AI-driven automation solutions to streamline Packt’s internal workflows. The role focuses on building intelligent automation systems using LLM APIs, automation frameworks, and API integrations.
You will collaborate with teams across publishing, product, marketing, and technology to identify business processes that can be automated using AI-powered agents.
Eligibility & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
