Role Overview
This is an entry-level functional and techno-functional role within the AI & Automation team. The position focuses on understanding, evaluating and enabling the use of AI in business rather than on hands-on coding or technical implementation.
- Evaluate AI tools, platforms and emerging Agentic AI capabilities.
- Support business use cases on no-code and low-code platforms.
- Coordinate workshops, demonstrations, training sessions and AI-related events.
- Track adoption, user feedback and agreed success measures for AI solutions.
- Prepare clear documentation, summaries, trackers and learning resources for stakeholders and team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the AI Taskforce with governance readiness and communication of decisions.
- Understand requirements for agentic solutions and support their development on no-code and low-code platforms.
- Monitor solution usage, adoption, feedback and success measures, then summarise improvement areas.
- Research developments in AI, including new tools, capabilities and practical business applications, and share relevant updates.
- Help plan and execute events by managing schedules, registrations, participant communication, speakers, logistics and follow-up.
- Collaborate with business partners, the AI & Automation team and technical specialists while seeking guidance when required.
- Develop an understanding of General Mills business processes and Digital & Technology ways of working.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of AI, generative AI, AI agents and automation concepts.
- Awareness of common business applications and limitations of AI.
- Ability to compare tools, organise information, draw reasoned conclusions and document findings clearly.
