Job Description :
Support to the Business Processes related Applications
The job responsibilities includes
- Supporting the users of Business Process Management Application.
- Testing of the new solutions released from the Business solution team related to the above application
- Involvement and supporting the site and the implementation team during the Go-Live project
- Co-ordination between the Functional owners and the solution team for any enhancement requests and new solution design
- Monitoring the incident queue and maintaining the SLA and MTTR
- Problem management, Root Cause Analysis, Quality initiatives, Bug Finding and Fixation.
- Generation and submission of reports to management related to support
