BPCL is looking for young, energetic and ambitious Graduate Engineers in the field of ‘Mechanical | Chemical | Instrumentation Engineering’ for the post of ‘Management Trainee’.

Salary : Pay Scale of Rs 24900-50500 (CTC around 12+ LPA )
Eligibility Criteria :
Age Limit (as on 1 June 2016 ) : Maximum 25 years for General ( relaxable for reserved classes )
Educational Qualification :
- Going to attend GATE 2016 Examination
- Full time, B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) through AICTE/UGC approved Indian Universities / Institutes in following branches (final year can also apply ) :
- Mechanical : B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg) – Mechanical Engineering
- Chemical : B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg) – Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology
- Instrumentation : B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg) – Instrumentation Engineering / Instrumentation and Control Engineering / Instrumentation and Electronics Engineering / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
- Percentage : Minimum 60% marks ( relaxable for reserved classes )
- Others : Must pass degree in first attempt

- Shortlisting based on scores obtained in GATE 2016 Examination
