About BSNL Management Trainee Recruitment 2015:
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) has invited applications for 200 (150 – Telecom Operations and 50 -Telecom Finance) posts of Management Trainee (MT) from external candidates. All candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria are eligible to apply for the above said posts. Candidates are advised to read the whole notification for Syllabus, examination pattern and other details.

- Management Trainee (Telecom Operations)-
- B.E / B.Tech degree or equivalent engineering in any of the following disciplines with minimum 60% marks and should have completed the course on a regular full time basis on the last date of application.
1.1 Telecommunications
1.2 Electronics
1.3 Computer/IT
1.4 Electrical - MBA/ M.Tech (MBA or M Tech is compulsory )
- Management Trainee (Telecom Finance)- CA/ICWA/CS
Age : Maximum: 30 years ( as on 1st August 2015)
Selection Process : The selection of candidates will be on the basis of written test (75 %), group discussion (12.5 %) and interview (12.5 %).
