Job Description:
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for effectively forecasting Associates requirements to provide optimal staffing to support contractual goals.
o Responsible for establishing the right practices for forecasting of Volume to help drive & improve forecast accuracy for the contact centre enabling optimal staffing.
o Define short and long-term call volume and staffing projections based on customer requirements and historical trends.
o Provide staffing requirements for all new and existing business pricing.
o Responsible for staffing levels and ensuring Sutherland is staffed correctly to handle the Clients forecast.

o Optimised Planning-Selling-Enabling Execution,

Mandatory Eligibility Requirements
o Graduates MBA(finance/ operation), M.Sc(Statistics/ Maths ), M.com, BE/BTech (Mech or Operations or Production)with over 60% in 10th & 12th & First Class in Graduation
o Strong Aptitude & Numerical Ability
o Strong Written + Verbal Communication Skills
o Strong Commitment, Ownership of the problem, Responsible for Results and Empowered to Excel & Go Extra Mile when needed
o Basic Excel Knowledge
