Role Overview
As an Associate AI Solution Consultant, you will work at the intersection of enterprise technology and business, helping strategic customers identify valuable applications for AI. The role combines discovery, solution design, coding, prototyping, presentations and support through implementation and value realisation.
- Understand customer AI strategies, business objectives and critical challenges.
- Build solutions and prototypes using the Celonis Process Intelligence platform and AI technologies.
- Translate customer requirements into practical solutions that support AI adoption at scale.
- Work with local field teams and the international Value Engineering Centre of Excellence.
- Develop expertise in business domains and industries such as supply chain.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- A technical background relevant to AI solution consulting is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct AI discovery and identify the best problem-solution fit for customer requirements.
- Participate in customer hackathons and rapidly build prototypes for complex business problems.
- Enable customers to move from rule-based automation towards autonomous AI agents supported by Process Intelligence.
- Execute business-critical Proof-of-Value projects from start to finish.
- Present and quantify strategic business value to senior executives.
- Remain involved until agreed project value and adoption thresholds are reached.
- Create reusable collateral, best practices and tools for the global Value Engineering Centre of Excellence.
- Manage customer accounts and support successful implementation, adoption and value realisation.
Skills Required
- Python and common machine learning libraries such as LangChain, pandas, pydantic, scikit-learn and PyTorch.
- SQL and PQL, along with data engineering tools and technologies.
- Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, function calling and multi-agent or LLM orchestration.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Confidence in delivering presentations and demos to diverse audiences.
- Customer-centric thinking and a focus on delivering measurable value.
