Role Overview
The Junior Associate will support leaders, consultants and project teams by turning scattered information into organised knowledge and usable insights. The work covers multiple therapeutic areas and includes both research-focused activities and support for the firm’s internal knowledge systems.
- Research external sources and collective firm knowledge for client and project requirements.
- Apply logical frameworks to unstructured information and help develop insights.
- Organise and share information with project teams and practice areas across the globe.
- Support the preparation of materials for project kick-offs and meetings.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- An MBA, postgraduate or bachelor’s degree in pharma, biotechnology or a related life sciences field would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, manage and develop Trinity’s knowledge infrastructure.
- Support the creation and updating of knowledge assets.
- Work with firm members and consultants across different locations on project preparation.
- Maintain and update the company intranet using Microsoft SharePoint.
- Update process-related Standard Operating Procedures for relevant functions.
- Use the basic SharePoint Online modern user interface, Power Apps and Workflows to create tools and applications for business needs.
- Provide information on multiple therapeutic areas to project teams supporting client work.
