Role Overview
This intermediate-level Technology role supports the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems. The analyst will work across application systems analysis, programming, issue resolution and control-related activities.
- Identify and define enhancements required in business applications.
- Analyse application and system issues, recommend solutions and implement improvements.
- Apply knowledge of business processes, system processes and industry standards to resolve complex issues.
- Conduct testing and debugging, use script tools and write basic code based on design specifications.
- Evaluate options when situations are not covered by established procedures.
- Develop working knowledge of Citi’s information systems, client-server application development, network operations, database administration and systems administration.
- Assess technology and business risks while following applicable policies, laws and regulations.
