Role Overview
This apprenticeship is a 12-month programme supporting Russell Investments’ efforts to build and adopt AI-powered products across the organisation. The apprentice will work with business stakeholders, product managers, engineers and AI teams, reporting to the Director and Head of Sales & Marketing Tech, with the team operating in the EMEA shift from 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST.
- Support the development of AI product requirements and user-focused product experiences.
- Research business needs, users, markets and competitor activity related to AI technologies.
- Help coordinate product planning, adoption tracking, demonstrations and training.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
- Candidates should not be self-employed, enrolled under another government-funded programme or practising professionally at the time of application.
- Candidates should not be registered on the EPF or ESIC portal and should not have completed their education from a foreign university.
- Apprentices must have their Aadhaar seeded with their personal mobile number and personal email address.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and refine requirements for AI products.
- Conduct business and user research to identify opportunities for AI solutions.
- Document user stories, product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Assist with managing and prioritising the product backlog.
- Track product adoption and usage metrics.
- Collect user feedback and support continuous product improvement.
- Research market developments, competitors and trends in AI technologies.
- Support product demonstrations, training sessions and stakeholder communications.
