Role Overview
The Operations Apprenticeship Programme is designed to provide practical exposure to day-to-day banking operations and customer service processes. Depending on the programme duration, apprentices will work on processing, monitoring, reporting, transactions and continuous improvement activities.
- Support daily processing activities across banking operations.
- Monitor operational performance and customer service standards.
- Respond to and resolve client queries through the relevant processes.
- Track operational metrics and maintain accurate data for reporting and decision-making.
- Support transaction oversight and ensure payment obligations are managed appropriately.
- Assist with regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve operational processes and service delivery.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in B. Com, BBA, BBM, BMS or another equivalent three-year undergraduate programme.
- No prior banking experience is required.
- The role is based in Chennai and follows a hybrid working arrangement.
