Role Overview
The Analyst will support Huron’s Data Management and Analytics team by turning raw business data into reliable analysis, reports and visual insights. The role combines data preparation, quality checks, reporting, process improvement and collaboration with teams that use data for business decisions.
- Collect, clean and organise large datasets for analysis and reporting.
- Support data management activities and maintain data accuracy, consistency and security.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, Python, R or business intelligence tools.
- Assist with automating data workflows and processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide insights.
- Document data processes and support compliance with data governance policies.
- Track developments in data analytics and data management practices.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field focused on data analytics, business analytics and intelligence, data science and computational intelligence, machine learning and data analytics, or robotics and data analytics.
- The 2025 batch is preferred.
- A consistent academic record with a minimum of 80% or equivalent CGPA in all educational qualifications is required.
- For candidates from Maharashtra, a minimum of 75% or equivalent academic record is required.
- Candidates should have experience with data management and reporting tools such as Excel, Access and SQL.
- Applicants should have a fundamental understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
