Role Overview
The Analyst will work with Operations business units and the Digital Technology team to deliver data science, analytics and digital solutions. The work covers the complete analytics cycle, from collecting and preparing data to communicating insights and supporting forecasting or optimisation projects.
- Build, deploy and maintain interactive dashboards and reports, including Power BI solutions.
- Create and maintain data flows and pipelines for reporting, data products and analytics solutions.
- Use data from multiple sources to support reliable datasets and business analysis.
- Work with stakeholders to convert business requirements into practical analytics solutions.
- Present insights through data storytelling to non-technical audiences.
- Support data science projects involving forecasting or optimisation when required.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, business intelligence, statistics, computer science, software engineering or a related field.
- Master’s degree in data science, analytics, business intelligence, artificial intelligence or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in the related field.
- Be eligible to work in India.

- The position is based in Bengaluru and follows a hybrid work arrangement.
- The role follows the EST shift from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and maintain dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making and business unit performance.
- Develop data flows and pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and the delivery of analytics solutions.
- Collect, clean and transform data from multiple sources.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver suitable analytics solutions.
- Apply basic statistical and machine learning techniques when needed for forecasting or optimisation projects.
- Follow software engineering practices including automated testing, code reviews and pragmatic coding.
- Prepare technical documentation for the solutions and processes delivered.
Skills Required
- Programming skills in Python, Spark and SQL.
- Knowledge of Databricks, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Git and Confluence.
- Understanding of data governance, data quality and practices that build trust in analytics.
