Key Responsibilities
- Design and test multi-agent systems, assessing how effectively the agents coordinate and complete assigned tasks.
- Develop agentic coding tools and integrate capabilities that allow systems to work with external tools.
- Research, implement and evaluate machine learning algorithms for relevant problems.
- Use experimentation and analysis to improve the accuracy, efficiency and reliability of models.
- Fine-tune models and compare performance across different approaches, configurations and datasets.
- Support the development of repeatable MLOps processes for taking models from experimentation towards deployment.
- Help monitor deployed models and identify performance changes that require investigation or optimisation.
Skills Required
- Understanding of multi-agent systems, agent orchestration and tool-calling.
- Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent skills.
- Experience with Claude Code or similar agentic coding assistants.
- Knowledge of machine learning and statistical machine learning algorithms.
- Programming ability in Python and familiarity with Linux environments.
- Working knowledge of TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Understanding of MLOps, model deployment and model monitoring.
- Ability to work with SQL, Git and Bash scripting.
