Role Overview

• Oversee and troubleshoot Smallworld GIS software functionalities
• Efficiently resolve help desk tickets within stipulated service level agreements
• Deliver initial technical support (Level 1) for GIS applications
• Monitor system alerts, performance metrics, and various application logs
• Ensure timely management of license and password expirations
Eligibility & Qualifications
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a B. Tech qualification
• Relevant professional experience ranging from 0 to 3 years
• Strong aptitude for technical problem-solving and systematic approach

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct continuous monitoring of Smallworld GIS applications and their ecosystem
• Perform incident diagnosis and resolution for reported issues and alerts
• Manage and respond to customer support requests for GIS platforms

• Administer and manage license and password validity periods
