Track 1: Engineering Graduates

Role: Analyst Trainee

This track is for engineering and technical postgraduates from CS, IT, and circuital branches.

Eligibility – Engineering Track

• BE / BTech in Computer Science, Allied CS streams, IT, and all Circuital branches
• ME / MTech / 5-year iMTech in Computer Science, Allied CS streams, IT
• MCA
• Batch: 2026 only
• Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA
• No active backlogs
• Should not have applied to Deloitte US-India in last 6 months

Analyst Trainee – Job Responsibilities

• Develop strong technical and professional skills through structured training
• Support delivery of specific technology capabilities
• Understand business requirements and client needs
• Assist in technical and functional documentation
• Support application design, build, and testing
• Create technical specifications and perform unit testing
• Prepare test data, test scripts, and execute testing
• Support infrastructure-related activities
• Follow defined tools and processes in daily work
• Assist in developing or validating analytical and statistical models
• Apply analytical skills for quantitative and qualitative assessments

Engineering Track Salary

• INR 4 Lakh per annum + variable benefits

Track 2: Science Graduates (BSc / BCA)

Role: Associate Analyst

This track is for science and computer application graduates.

Eligibility – Science Track

• 3-year BSc (any combination with Computer Science / IT / Cyber Security)
• 3-year BCA
• Batch: 2026 only
• Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA
• No active backlogs
• Should not have applied to Deloitte US-India in last 6 months

Associate Analyst – Job Responsibilities (Science)

• Work on projects of moderate complexity
• Support incident management, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
• Help simplify technical issues for clients
• Identify common issues and recommend improvements
• Communicate key findings to project teams
• Support process improvement and service delivery
• Work towards improving customer experience and value delivery

Science Track Salary

Track 3: Commerce & Management Graduates

Role: Associate Analyst

This track is for commerce and business-related degrees.

Eligibility – Commerce Track

• BBA / BBM / BMS / BFS or equivalent
• 3-year BCom
• Batch: 2026 only
• Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA
• No active backlogs
• Should not have applied to Deloitte US-India in last 6 months
• Should not hold any Deloitte offer

Associate Analyst – Job Responsibilities (Commerce)

• Support global teams to ensure smooth business operations
• Understand workflows and execute process-level transactions
• Work with ERP systems and digital tools
• Help meet productivity and service targets
• Maintain master data and highlight discrepancies
• Act as first point of contact for root cause analysis
• Resolve internal and external process-related queries
• Assist new team members in understanding processes
• Support transitions, documentation, and operational improvements
• Undergo training in functional domains, Lean Six Sigma, and Deloitte tools

Commerce Track Salary

• INR 3.25 Lakh per annum + variable benefits

Common Conditions (All Tracks)

• Candidates will be registered as Apprentices under the Apprenticeship Act
• 1-year probation period from date of joining
• Employment confirmation based on training performance and business requirements
• Training, mentoring, and evaluation will be part of the program

Recruitment / Selection Process

The selection process for Deloitte Off Campus Drive 2026 will consist of the following stages:

1. Registration: Candidates must register on the Deloitte National Level Assessment (NLA) portal to begin the application process.
2. Shortlisting: Deloitte will shortlist candidates based on academic performance and skill profile.
3. Online Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to appear for an online assessment test.
4. Online Interview: Candidates who clear the assessment will move to the interview round.
5. Final Result: Final selection will be based on overall performance in the interview process, and selected candidates will be informed officially.
