Salary : Probationary Officer : JMGS Scale -1 : 23700 -(980 x 7 ) -30560 -(1145 x 2 ) -32850 -(1310 x 7) – 42020 { Initially 35k per month in hand } and scales MMGS – II and III for other officers with experience. Clerk with salary of around 20k per month.
Training Stipend : Last 3 months of the course of PO Internship at Bank of Maharashtra stipend of Rs 20000/- per month will be paid. Stipend of around 3-4k per month will be paid during first 9 months.

- After Selection : One year PGBDF course at candidate cost around 4 Lacs.
- Clerk (Non Conventional)
- Education Qualification : Graduation Degree from any recognized University / Institution
- Age Limit : 18 to 28 years
- After Selection : 6 months certification course at candidate’s cost around 2.25 Lacs.
- Clerk ( Law Graduates )
- Educational Qualification : Graduation in Law from any recognized University / Institution
- Age Limit : 18 to 28 years
- Clerk (Agricultural Graduates )
- Educational Qualification : Graduation in Agriculture or Agricultural allied activities from any recognized University / Institution
- Age Limit : 18 to 28 years
Selection Process :
- Online Written Test
- For Probationary Officer & Clerical Cadre (Non Conventional) : 200 Questions || 50 each from Reasoning , Quantitative Aptitude , General Awareness / Banking , English || Duration 2 hours. Negative marking of 0.25 per wrong answer.
- GD and Personal Interview for Probationary Officer
