Position : Junior Officers
Salary : ₹ 16000/- per month for first 12 months. In case of renewal of contract, then the consolidated compensation will be ₹ 18000/- per month for the 2nd year and ₹ 23000/- per month for the 3rd year.

Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification : Degree from a recognized University / Institution. he candidate must be able to speak, read and write in the local language (apart from English) of the region / area of the branch for which he / she applies for. He / she should hail from the same region / area of the branch for which applications are invited.
Age Limit (as on 1 March 2016 ) : Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years
Selection Process :
- Interview for 500 Shortlisted candidates based on certain criteria

yes but if candidates performs well in these 3 years , they might take them into permanent role with company payroll (around 6+ LPA )
