Role Overview
This role supports the day-to-day operating model for BeachOS, an internal system used to manage consultant-related operations. The intern will work with operational data, process information and performance indicators to help teams maintain visibility and improve the way work is tracked.
- Act as the go-to person for daily operations connected with BeachOS.
- Support consultant onboarding activities and maintain visibility of onboarding progress.
- Review consultant journey workflows to identify how processes operate in practice.
- Monitor pod progress and track relevant operational updates.
- Analyse key performance indicators and present useful operational insights.
- Support automation of operational tracking systems used for internal strategic initiatives.
