SSC has released online notification for CGL Exam 2018. Candidates can apply online www.ssc.nic.in for the various Group B and Group C job post Income Tax Officer, Inspector, Sub inspector, Assistant, Tax Assistant, Auditor, Accountant with grade pay upto 4800. The last date to apply for SSC CGL Exam recruitment is 4 June 2018.
Staff Selection Commission will hold the Combined Graduate Level Examination, CGL 2018 Recruitment www.ssc.nic.in for filling up multiple govt job vacancies across India in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organisations. The Tier-I of CGL Examination in Computer Based Mode is scheduled to be held from 25.07.2018 to 20.08.2018. Final selection through the CGL Exam 2018 to various posts would be according to the confirmed number of vacancies from the concerned Indenting Ministries/ Departments/ Offices/ Cadres before declaration of result.
Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification ( as on 1 Aug 2018 ) :
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
Age Limit (as on 1st August, 2018): Min: 18 Years ; Max: 32 Years (Depends on post)

CGL Exam 2018 Selection Process:
- Tier-I – Computer Based Examination
- Tier-II – Computer Based Examination
- Tier-III – Pen and Paper Mode (Descriptive paper)
- Tier-IV – Computer Proficiency Test/ Skill Test (wherever applicable)/ Document Verification
Marks scored by candidates in Tier-I and Tier-II examinations, if conducted in multiple shifts, will be normalized and such normalized scores will be treated as final and will be used for qualifying the candidates to next stage of examination and to determine final merit.
SSC CGL 2018 Negative Marking: There will be negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer in Tier-I. In respect of Tier-II, the negative marking system of 0.25 for each wrong answer in paper II (English Language & Comprehension) of Tier-II and 0.50 for each wrong answer in Paper-I, Paper III and Paper IV of Tier II.

SSC CGL 2018 Merit List:
Merit list will be prepared on the basis of overall performance of candidates in Tier-I, Tier-II and Tier-III Examinations. Final selection of candidates, in each category, will be made on the basis of aggregate marks scored by them in Tier-I, Tier-II and Tier-III examinations and preference of posts exercised by them. The results will be announced on www.ssc.nic.in
CGL Exam Download Admit Card / Call Letter:
Admit Cards for calling candidates to appear in Tier-I as well as all subsequent tiers/ stages of examination will be made available online. Candidates can directly download call letter using application number.
