Job Description
We are urgently hiring for candidates as Executive Supply Chain- One Ship Operations for Snapdeal.com.
Purpose Of The Position :
He would be responsible for supervising day to operations at Oneship centres and on time pick up (from last mile courier) of complete load. As a key support staff , he would be SPOC for oneship operations team of a particular center for all issues related to seller pickups , processing and last mile pick ups .
Responsibilities & Duties :
Responsibility 1 : Ensure availability of optimum resources at one ship center to run operations (Pick up , Processing , handover) smoothly and report any exception on start of the day .
Work standard : Zero impact on operations because of resource shortage
Responsibility 2 : Resolve day to day issues of operations team regarding seller pick up , process , last mile pick up routing it to concern team if required .
Work standard : On time resolution of all escalation
Responsibility 3 : Coordinate with last mile courier for on time pick up
Work standard : Zero to be handed over because of miss pick up
Responsibility 4 : Capture and update handover time in system
Work standard : 100% updating of handover time
Responsibility 5 : Ensure all RTVs (return to vendor) are cleared within TAT and report if its not been done regularly
Work standard : No pending RTV beyond TAT
