The role is very dynamic and requires strong written, verbal, e-mail and telephonic communication and coordination.

Job Description:

1. SOS position :

Responsibilities :

– Helping and guiding sellers for process.

– Educating seller for listing their products on portal.

– The candidate has to ensure complete tracking of account status.

– Ensure maximum sellers on-boarding.

2. TL – SOS position :

Responsibilities :

– Handling a team of Seller on-boarding specialists.

– Taking care of escalation calls.

– Overall mentoring of team.

– Helping and guiding sellers for process.

– Educating seller for listing their products on portal.

– The candidate has to ensure complete tracking of account status.

– Ensure maximum sellers on-boarding.

3. Tele-Sales :

Responsibilities :

– Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.

– Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors

– Proactively follow up

4. Executive Seller Activation :


1. Seller profiling and identifying client requirements.

2. Complete seller training about the process, guidelines, and panels.

3. Understanding client requirement and suggesting solutions based on that.

4. Addressing all seller queries and resolving concerns and issues if any.

5. Covering and completing all training steps as designed.

6. Consistent and regular seller training over call, mail, Team Viewer and webinars.

7. Ensuring complete seller satisfaction.

8. Helping and guiding seller in uploading new products.

9. Helping seller in order processing, packaging and shipping.

10. Suggesting and guiding sellers about how to grow their business online.

11. Achieving targets in terms of seller satisfaction.

12. Seller should be completely aware, Motivated, educated and trained when it gets transferred to other team.

13. Collecting seller feedback and sharing with reporting manager.

5. Team Leader Seller Activation :


1. Handling a team of Account Executives.

2. Responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of team, including work assignment, attendance monitoring, providing input into training and development.

3. Ensuring all processes and policies are implemented and followed by team.

4. Resolving escalated seller issues.

5. Monitoring individual team member performance.

6. Coming up with new ideas and suggestions.

7. Listening and monitoring the Executive and Seller conversation.

8. Analysing and understanding different reports and taking decisions on based of that.

9. Motivating and Guiding team.

10. Leading team from front and setting right examples for them.

11. Sharing daily, weekly and Monthly performance report with Manager.

12. Ensuring target achievement by each and every team member.
