Job Description:
- Monitoring of 800 + channels to maintain the uninterrupted 24*7 LIVE operation, head-end operations and maintenance
- Co-ordination with Broadcast Engineer for fault findings
- Raise the alarm as per the escalation matrix to avoid the major breakdown
- Maintaining the track of each channels
- Maintain the database of each alarm and share the same with supervisor on daily basis
Desirable:
- Monitoring and analysing of Head-end system Alarms, Traps, and faults
- Audio/Video knowledge
- Good communication skill
- Technical knowledge will be an advantage
- Learning attitude
