Role Overview
Working within the Piramal Critical Care Information Technology department, the Graduate Engineer Trainee will support senior IT executives and leadership with AI implementation and adoption across the organisation. The position combines project coordination, user enablement, documentation, licensing administration and practical support for AI tools.
- Coordinate AI implementation and adoption initiatives across business functions.
- Track project timelines, action items, deliverables and status updates with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare project charters, leadership presentations and materials for governance reviews.
- Train end users on AI tools and applications and support continued adoption.
- Create AI user manuals, quick-reference guides and other adoption materials.
- Manage AI tool licences and subscriptions, including allocations, renewals and user provisioning.
- Support the collection, organisation and preparation of datasets for AI use cases.
- Assist with configuration, testing and troubleshooting of AI tools and technologies.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or Business Administration.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT coordination, project support or business analyst roles.
- Internship experience counts towards the stated experience range.
- Certification or coursework in AI, Generative AI or data analytics is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior IT executives and IT leadership in driving AI implementation initiatives.
- Maintain project trackers, action items, timelines and status reports.

- Prepare clear minutes of meetings, project charters, status updates and presentation material.

Skills Required
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI concepts; hands-on experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of data quality and data preparation for AI use cases.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organisation, attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn AI tools and work hands-on when required.
